Jiangxi Hengxing Food Co., Ltd. is one of the largest professional eel suppliers in China with more than 10 years experience in manufacturing Frozen Roasted Eel, Frozen Eel and Frozen Smoked Eel. Our company has attained ISO9001:2000 quality certification and HACCP certification and has passed EEC Approval(EU Approval No.:3600/02020). We set up the Int'l Business Department(Sales & Marketing Dept.) at Shenzhen Special Economic Zone to deal with domestic and international business. We also have offices in USA, Canada and Hong Kong..

with a total investment of 11.2 million US Dollars.,we cover an area of 66,000 square meters, with floor area of 11,000 square meters and cold storage capacity of 9,000 tons. We have installed three international leading production lines for Frozen Roasted Eel, Frozen Eel and Frozen Smoked Eel. We employ about 369 skillful workers and 60 professional technicians.

The annual production volumes of frozen roasted eel and frozen eel are about 12,000 tons and 8,000 tons respectively while frozen smoked eel is about 5,000 tons. 99% of our products are exported to Japan, USA, Canada, Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao etc.

To ensure the quality and safety of our eel, we have invested in over RMB12 million and installed leading measuring and testing equipment, such as API 3200 LC-MSMS system and (HPLC) Agilient Spectro fluoro meter, in addition to bringing in professional inspectors and constructing factory's inner-control center and quality management department based on CIQ requirement. and we also set up a product tracing system to realize entire control of product quality so as to ensure the nutrition and 100% safety of our products.

Located in the industrial area of Lichuan, which lies in the boundary of Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, our company was bestowed with moderate climate and abundant resources, and the place is also characterized by green hills, clear water as well as good ecological environment.
